The product
What makes bodylume bands different?
bodylume bands are wide woven fabric — a premium cotton and polyester weave over a latex core. The 8cm width distributes tension evenly, stays in place, and feels gentle on skin. No rolling, no digging in.
Which resistance level should I start with?
Oat — light resistance, ideal for recovery, mobility, or beginners.
Sand — medium resistance for balanced everyday training and the most versatile place to start for most people.
Mocha — strong resistance for higher-intensity workouts and added challenge.

Will the band fit my body?
Yes. One size fits most — the latex core stretches up to 2× its resting length (33cm), comfortably fitting XS through XL. The 8cm wide construction won't dig in or roll regardless of size.
Are the bands sold individually or as a set?
Both. Each band is available individually, allowing you to start with the resistance level that feels right for you. The full Soft Earth Set (Oat + Sand + Mocha) is also available as a bundle — designed to support your progression as you grow stronger and move at your own pace. The set also includes a complimentary premium Bodylume pouch for easy storage and everyday carry.
How should I care for my bodylume band?
Hand wash with mild water below 30°C and air dry in the shade. Avoid bleach, strong detergents, direct sunlight, heat, sharp objects, and excessive pulling or pressure. Store in a cool, dry place to keep your bands in the best condition.
Do you offer warranties on your products?
Yes. If your band has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, contact us right away with a photo and we'll make it right — no hassle.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express and Apple Pay on supported devices. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Shipping & tracking
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over ฿1,200 within Thailand. For orders under that amount, a flat shipping fee applies and will be shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. If you haven't received anything within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or reach out to us bodylumestudiosupport@gmail.com
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us first and we'll guide you through the process. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return, once the product has been inspected and meets the return conditions.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and packaging. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll cover the return shipping and sort it out as quickly as possible.
